Charlie V. v. Stephen A.

Where is Stephen A. Jackson when the action really begins. Oh yes, I remeber him, the big mouth bully who sat on national television during the NBA draft and downgraded everything Charlie Villanueve stood for. Who's laughing now Jackson?

If the draft were held today, Charlie V. would go in the top 3, at least. Marvin Williams doesn't hold a candle to him, and, as has been suggested in this blog below, may never meet the expectations of ESPN who clearly were out of touch on draft day.

Did anyone do as well as the Raptors that night? They certainly took the most heat from the men in the booth. But Villanueva, Graham and Calderone must have been the 3 best picks made that night by any one team and Rob Babcock deserves some credit for sticking his neck out and beginning the process of rebuilding this club. I don't hear anyone giving Babcock credit and while I was one of his early detractors, one must give credit where credit is due.

The Raps are on the right track. Stephen A. Jackson has fallen off.
